Your Tasks:

• Assist in scaling the Spark Cell program of CIHBw within the German Armed Forces, including creating presentations and strategy papers.
• Support our Spark Cells in procurement, project management, and methodology training.
• Prepare and follow up on meetings, workshops, events, and occasions.
• Contribute to research, analysis, concepts, and presentations.
• Support continuous improvements and enhance our knowledge management.

Your Profile:

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program related to innovation, technology, or business (e.g., Business Administration, Communication Studies, or Business Informatics).
• Enjoy working in a diverse team with a flat hierarchy.
• Digital native with an affinity for IT and innovation.
• Passionate about innovation, change management, and agile methods (e.g., Design Thinking, Scrum).
• Good proficiency in MS Office applications (PPT/Excel/Word).
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence is an advantage.
• A self-reliant, structured, and quality-conscious working style.
• Analytical, creative, and communicative.
• Proficient in German and have a good command of English.
