Collaborate with us in identifying optimization potentials and efficiency enhancements, while developing strategic and operational implications for our marketing and sales organization across international projects.

Your Profile – Unique and Distinct

• You are enrolled in an economics or related field of study.
• You have initial project management experience and demonstrate an independent and structured working style.
• You are proficient in MS Office applications, with knowledge of Power BI or other analytics programs being advantageous.
• You are an engaged team player with strong communication skills, and work reliably and carefully under pressure.
• You enjoy delving into sales concepts, deriving insights from data, and identifying growth potential for our company through your analysis.
• Good command of English completes your profile.

Your Responsibilities – Diverse and Important

• Actively participate in international projects focusing on customer experience, sales optimization, and strategic distribution initiatives.
• Support the development and implementation of concepts to improve processes, digital channels, and global sales approaches along the customer journey.
• Analyze data to identify improvement potential and derive strategic recommendations on an international level.
• Create autonomous concepts for market potential as well as competition and trend analyses.
• Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for various target groups and markets.
