Tasks

• Collaborate closely with team members to develop and refine tooling solutions for various customer use-cases.
• Understand and optimize existing tools to improve delivery quality and efficiency.
• Engineer new solutions utilizing MS-365 services.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify improvements and drive adoption of new processes.
• Implement workflow enhancements to support customer success.

Requirements

• Enrollment in a bachelor's degree or higher with 2-3 years of customer-facing experience.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; German is a plus.
• Strong focus on quality and driven by results.
• Technical mindset with experience in MS Office Suite.
• Effective collaboration in international, virtual teams.
