Valicare GmbH, situated in Frankfurt and part of the Syntegon Group, offers services in the areas of GMP compliance, equipment qualification, and process validation. Our team of around 20 employees supports clients in qualifying or validating their production facilities and processes.
Job Description
As a Working Student (m/f/d) in Sales and CRM Analysis, you contribute significantly to our company’s success. We seek a dedicated student with interest in B2B sales, data analysis, and modern digital tools to support our sales team.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients within the Syntegon group’s CRM system.
- Evaluate and qualify leads for their relevance to Valicare.
- Assist in preparing sales activities and client interactions, as well as analyzing sales data.
- Participate in market and competitive research.
- Utilize modern AI tools for information structuring, analysis, and processing.
- Contribute to the development of sales processes and CRM structures.
Requirements
- Enrollment in a business-related field such as Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Marketing, or Business Analytics.
- Interest in sales, customer relations, and business development.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Fluent in German (C1) and good command of English (B2).
- Structured, independent work approach with an affinity for digital tools and AI applications.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a high motivation to apply newly learned skills independently.
Additional Information
Location: Frankfurt am Main / Remote option available
Hours: Approximately 15 hours per week
Start: As soon as possible, by arrangement
