Your Tasks

• Support: Assist clients with technical and professional queries about Proalpha, and provide maintenance assistance.
• Analysis: Conduct preliminary research to identify issues, analyze tickets, and prepare solutions for further processing.
• Collaboration: Work closely with your team and various departments to ensure seamless client request management.
• Documentation: Clearly and thoroughly document solutions, progress, and relevant insights.
• Projects: Contribute to internal support projects.

Requirements

• Education: Enrolled in an IT-related, business studies, or industrial engineering program.
• Experience: Initial practical experience with ERP systems or in a technical IT environment.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT systems, infrastructures, and hands-on IT topics, with an interest in new technologies.
• Personality: Structured, careful work approach, high responsibility, commitment, and team orientation.
• Language: Excellent German and English skills for communication in an international environment.
