Your Tasks

• Processing customer orders through our ticket system and CRM
• Maintaining and updating data and documenting activities in the CRM system
• Researching potential leads and supporting internal projects
• Preparing and following up on conferences, campaigns, and events
• Assisting the team with individual inquiries and operational topics

Your Profile

• Enrolled student in Health Management, Business Administration, or similar
• Experience in customer contact, CRM systems, or projects is a plus but not essential
• Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel); CRM knowledge is advantageous
• Independent and structured work style with a passion for research and data maintenance
• Well-organized with the ability to prioritize tasks reliably
• Excellent German skills, English is a plus
• Motivated and reliable with a preference for remote work
• Team player willing to support projects, campaigns, and events
