Your Tasks
- Processing customer orders through our ticket system and CRM
- Maintaining and updating data and documenting activities in the CRM system
- Researching potential leads and supporting internal projects
- Preparing and following up on conferences, campaigns, and events
- Assisting the team with individual inquiries and operational topics
Your Profile
- Enrolled student in Health Management, Business Administration, or similar
- Experience in customer contact, CRM systems, or projects is a plus but not essential
- Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel); CRM knowledge is advantageous
- Independent and structured work style with a passion for research and data maintenance
- Well-organized with the ability to prioritize tasks reliably
- Excellent German skills, English is a plus
- Motivated and reliable with a preference for remote work
- Team player willing to support projects, campaigns, and events
