Job Description

At Team Delivery, we transform images and multimedia assets for streamlined use across various systems, replacing legacy components with a future-proof architecture. With a focus on enhancing our tech stack, we develop cloud-based services and APIs on AWS.

We embrace a hybrid work model, allowing remote work for up to 50% of your monthly hours. Teams collaboratively decide on blending in-office presence and mobile work with leadership.

Tasks

• Develop new backend services and APIs for product asset processing.
• Aid in transitioning legacy components to modern, cloud-based architecture.
• Create services in Go and manage AWS environments using Terraform.
• Connect services via REST APIs and Kafka events, working with MongoDB and AWS.
• Expand test coverage, enhance CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
• Manage clearly defined development tasks, ensuring smooth roll-out with the team.

Requirements

Must-have:

• Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field as a full-time student (18h/week commitment).
• Proven programming experience in Go, TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with software development concepts such as Git, automated testing, and CI/CD.
• Comfortable using AI tools for domain-specific tasks.
• Proficient in both German (B1) and English (B1).

Nice-to-have:

• Basic experience with AWS, Infrastructure as Code, Kafka, MongoDB, Docker, or GitHub Actions.
