AdEx Partners is a team of experienced consultants supporting clients in complex business transformations. As trusted advisors, we provide reliable and comprehensive transformation strategies. We are seeking a Working Student in HR Operations (10-16 hours/week) to support HR projects and daily operations.

Tasks

• Assist in HR administration along the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, exits, and contract changes.
• Maintain employee data and digital personnel documents using Personio.
• Create and update HR documents, templates, checklists, and reports.
• Update HR intranet pages.
• Support payroll processes and manage absence or time data.
• Participate in employee benefits, bonus rounds, and integration of modern HR technologies like AI.

Requirements

• Enrolled at a German university in an advanced Bachelor or Master program related to HR.
• Preferably some practical experience in similar roles through internships.
• Familiarity with standard HR software is advantageous.
• Interest in long-term collaboration (at least 1 year).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Independent work style even in virtual environments.
• Excellent German and English skills.
