About the Position

Tasks
- Manage several large residential complexes with support from colleagues and management.
- Create accounting statements and economic plans using your financial acumen.
- Oversee payment entries, manage advance payments, and handle continuous bookkeeping.
- Execute accounting and payment transactions independently for the property owner associations under your care.
- Utilize an advanced digital document management system.
- Prepare document reviews and act as a contact point for property managers, advisory boards, and owners regarding all accounting matters.
Requirements
