Job Description

You can conduct most of your work from home, with occasional visits to the inspiring office loft in Munich-Allach. The company manages approximately 7,500 apartments in around 85 properties, providing ample opportunity to showcase your financial expertise.

Tasks

• Manage large residential complexes with support from colleagues and management.
• Create financial statements and economic plans effortlessly, ensuring reliable payment transactions and regular bookkeeping.
• Independently handle accounting and payment processing for owner associations.
• Prepare audits and act as the point of contact for administrators, boards, and owners in all accounting matters.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience in property accounting.
• Independent, responsible, and structured work approach.
• Strong affinity for numbers and high accuracy.
• Team player willing to take on responsibility.
• IT proficiency.
• Basic knowledge of property law and advanced knowledge in property management.
