Job Description
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with industrial clients.
- Offer technical advice on steam boiler systems and related solutions.
- Prepare proposals, calculations, and negotiate contracts until finalization.
- Monitor market trends and identify new application areas.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, service, and product development teams.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and conferences.
Requirements
- Technical degree or education, ideally in mechanical, energy, or process engineering.
- Experience in sales of capital-intensive technical products, preferably steam boilers or pressure systems.
- Strong technical consulting skills and understanding of industrial processes.
- Willingness to travel within Germany.
- Independent, structured work style with strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication abilities at all decision levels.
