We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative who enjoys interacting with people and leaves nothing to chance when it comes to closing deals.

Your Responsibilities

You will work with existing customers and qualified leads in the field of load unit security (strapping, film wrapping, edge protection).

Your daily tasks include:

  • Conducting sales-oriented conversations via phone and video – friendly, clear, and binding.
  • Identifying needs, applications, and conditions to lead to a decision.
  • Preparing offers, consistently following up, and bringing transactions to a conclusion.
  • Collaborating closely with our field service, technology, and logistics team to ensure all promises are met.
  • Maintaining CRM/ERP systems meticulously to keep the team informed at all times.

Important: You don't have to "persuade" anyone, but you can guide them – and you enjoy closing deals.

Your Qualifications

You're a great fit if you have:

  • Several years of experience in sales/inside sales (B2B is ideal)
  • The confidence to talk to people while staying goal-oriented
  • Strong closing skills: following up, resolving objections, and reaching decisions
  • A comfort working in a small, direct, honest, and solution-oriented team
  • Reliability and take promises seriously
  • Excellent spoken and written German skills

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in packaging/logistics/production/capital goods
  • A basic technical understanding (you don’t have to construct but understand relationships)
