Detailed Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Consultant to ensure the successful placement of our product range in both wholesale and craft exhibitions. You will organize and conduct events to maintain and develop customer relationships, offer comprehensive advice on product design, and handle customer complaints efficiently, particularly in ceramics and bathroom furniture.

Tasks

• Ensure the placement and visibility of our product range in trade exhibitions.
• Organize and conduct client engagement events to foster relationships and acquire new customers.
• Provide expert advice on design topics to our customers.
• Address and resolve customer complaints quickly and competently.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities while ensuring CRM data is maintained for team transparency.

Requirements

• Commercial training, ideally paired with a business management qualification.
• Experience in sales and customer acquisition, preferably in the sanitary industry.
• A strong affinity for design topics and the ability to influence purchasing behavior positively.
• Strong negotiation skills and goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and team player attitude.
• Residence within the sales territory.
