We are seeking a Trainer/Consultant for Customer Training in Fire Alarm Systems (m/f/d), to join our team 100% remote across Germany.
Role Overview
Infuse enthusiasm for safety! As a Training Consultant, you’ll impart practical knowledge of our fire protection products, bridging the gap to digital solutions. Your mission: Equip professionals with future-proof expertise that safeguards lives.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct conceptual and practical seminars, training sessions, and workshops nationwide.
- Develop modern, interactive training concepts encompassing both in-person and digital formats.
- Create and enhance training materials and equipment.
- Integrate digital tools and learning platforms.
- Collaborate closely with technical, sales, and product management teams for knowledge transfer.
- Gather customer feedback for continuous improvement of our training programs.
Your Profile
- Certified Technician in Electrical Engineering or comparable qualification.
- Experience as a Service Technician in fire alarm systems or similar.
- Background in technical fire protection and its standards.
- Passion for knowledge transfer in both in-person and digital training formats.
- Strong communication skills, especially with complex, explanation-required products.
- Confident public speaker and group facilitator.
- Familiarity with digital tools (e.g., learning platforms, presentation software).
- Willingness to travel for on-site training.
