Job Description
- Participate in developing a strategic reinsurance portfolio in passive and/or active personal reinsurance, aiming for a profit-oriented business management.
- Analyze and interpret portfolio data to assess risks and revenue opportunities, providing actionable insights.
- Support optimization of internal processes related to reinsurance, reporting, and collaboration with departments such as actuarial, accounting, or product development.
- Assist in creating complex quarterly and annual accounting reports and gain insights into technical results and risk management.
- Work on conceptualizing specific reinsurance solutions in close collaboration with product development teams and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Completed degree in mathematics or business sciences, focusing on economics, finance, or insurance mathematics, or equivalent qualifications.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- Initial knowledge or willingness to quickly grasp accounting and risk management topics.
- Good negotiation skills and the ability to communicate clearly and appropriately.
- Preferably, initial exposure to passive and/or active reinsurance or high interest in specializing in this field.
- Analytical approach, willingness to learn, and readiness to take responsibility in projects.
