Job Offer

At dentsu, you will start with an intensive training program, touching all the key media planning areas such as consulting, digital strategy, product development, investment management, and creative strategies. You will get hands-on experience with media planning tools and participate in various trainings both internally and externally, learning the ins and outs of the industry.

Tasks

• Advise, persuade, and delight national and international clients over a 12-month period.
• Familiarize yourself with diverse teams, tools, and innovative media strategies through our Trainee Community.
• Work on exciting client campaigns from planning to optimization and final reporting.
• Develop alongside a dedicated mentor to find your perfect team fit within dentsu.

Requirements

• Passion for brands, media, and people, with a drive to delve deeper into the media world.
• Great presentation skills, strong in communication and enthusiastic in client interactions.
• Self-organized, proactive, and comfortable with numbers and Excel.
• Degree in Economics, Communications, Media Studies, or similar.
• Fluent in German and English, minimum C1 level proficiency.
