About the Role

As a Territory Manager, you'll be at the forefront of managing sales and building relationships within the healthcare sector. Our focus is on cardiology electrophysiology, particularly the diagnosis and treatment of atrial fibrillation, a condition set to increase significantly. At Johnson & Johnson, we lead globally with Biosense Webster in this domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and establish new client relationships.
• Manage strategic planning and area analysis to expand market share.
• Engage in stakeholder management and coordinate with sales and clinical teams.
• Participate in national and international trade shows and symposiums.
• Conduct market data reporting and competitive analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; experience in healthcare is a plus.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills with a high degree of self-motivation and communication abilities.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English; willing to travel extensively (80% travel required).
