About the Position

As a Territory Manager at Johnson & Johnson, you will leverage your strategic thinking and interpersonal skills to diagnose and treat cardiac arrhythmias. We are leaders in electrophysiology, aiming to reduce the impact of arrhythmia-related conditions such as AFIB.

Responsibilities

• Drive new customer acquisition and strategic client management in your territory.
• Collaborate closely with regional sales leaders and clinical teams.
• Conduct territory analysis and strategic planning for market expansion.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and participate in national and international conferences.
• Meet sales targets as per the business plan and perform market data reporting.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, ideally coupled with experience in healthcare.
• Strong conceptual work affinity and analytical capabilities.
• Exceptional networking ability, communication skills, and organizational prowess.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
• Fluency in German and proficiency in English.
