Our small indie studio, renowned for creating engaging factory and automation games, invites you to lead our team of developers. You'll collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team to steer our projects, ensuring alignment with our creative vision and technical excellence.

Tasks

• Provide leadership and mentorship to the development team, ensuring professional growth through regular coaching and feedback.
• Improve team integration through effective onboarding processes and enhancing daily operational practices.
• Contribute technically by participating in coding and project development as needed.
• Ensure the development team's needs are represented in strategic discussions with the leadership team.

Requirements

• At least 2 years in a leadership role for development teams.
• 3+ years of software development experience, preferably in game development.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Flexible working during Central European Time (CET) hours.
