About the Role

Rail Power Systems is a leading technology company committed to ensuring a reliable power supply for rail transport. We are seeking a Technician or Master in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Systems to create and implement model technologies for complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and document the introduction of technologies for complex projects.
• Engage with assembly teams to identify improvements and solutions.
• Create and document fabrication tools for overhead line assembly.
• Calculate and design assembly tools.
• Compile technical reports and presentations.
• Contribute to technical aspects of proposals.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for new colleagues.
• Approve custom machine and device configurations.

Requirements

• Completed technical training in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical fields with Master or Technician certification.
• Experience in assembly, railway, construction, or electrical sectors.
• Proficient in German with strong communication skills.
• Experience with 3D CAD systems such as Creo or SolidWorks.
• Willingness to travel nationwide (approximately 30-40%); valid driver's license required.
