About the Role

We are seeking a Specialist Trainer (m/f/d) to join our customer training services team. This position is entirely remote across Germany.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Design and conduct specialized seminars, presentations, and workshops nationwide for our customers focusing on smoke detectors and hold-open systems.
• Update seminar content to reflect current technological standards and changing regulations.
• Create, refine, and adapt training materials, equipment, and methods.
• Develop new need-oriented educational offerings.
• Collaborate with other business units for knowledge transfer.

Your Qualifications

• Completed technical training with further education in the electrical engineering field.
• Experience in construction-related fire protection and smoke detectors, with knowledge of relevant norms and regulations.
• Openness to and interest in our digital product portfolio.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Germany.
• Strong rhetorical and communication skills, particularly for complex products in customer interactions.
