Your Responsibilities:

• Create and optimize user documentation like operation manuals within an XML-based editorial environment.
• Craft professional texts and visuals for user information in collaboration with all involved areas.
• Research, identify, and determine content information.
• Coordinate translation services to ensure accurate multilingual documentation.
• Define and implement documentation standards in compliance with internal and legal requirements.
• Manage and develop editorial themes within your domain.

Your Profile:

• Qualifications: Certification as a Technical Writer (m/f/d), or a degree in Technical Communication, or similar qualification.
• Experience: Initial experience in technical documentation, proficiency in XML editorial systems, and familiarity with standardization and modularization approaches in technical writing. Knowledge of CAD and graphic programs and experience in mechanical engineering are desirable.
• Language Skills: Fluent technical communication in German and English.
• Problem Solving and Innovation: View yourself as a solution provider and actively engage in developing new solutions.
• Proactive and Motivated: Lead with enthusiasm, maintaining focus even when challenges arise.
