Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Manager with technical sales experience focused on business development and existing client relations. Engage with advanced technology in a collaborative environment.
Tasks
- Manage sales and customer support for semiconductor industry clients.
- Develop repeat business and maintain contact with past and existing customers.
- Identify and develop new sales leads through research and outreach.
- Analyze customer needs to provide tailor-made solutions.
- Meet sales targets alongside the Sales Manager.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Visit customers regularly (3 days on-site, 2 days for admin and prospecting from home).
- Oversee the entire sales process from quotation to closure.
Requirements
- BSc/MSc in a relevant technical field preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in selling industrial products in Germany.
- Experience in business development and strong negotiation skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Fluency in English and German is essential.
