Join SYNTAX as a Team Manager for Digital Supply Chain Services and lead a dynamic team in developing SAP-based production and supply chain planning processes. Work remotely, in a hybrid model, or from our office in Weinheim.

We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to spearhead our Digital Supply Chain Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategically develop and grow the Planning Competence Area at SYNTAX.
• Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team, fostering talent and innovation.
• Oversee the design and implementation of end-to-end planning processes across all SAP planning solutions (SAP PP, PP/DS, IBP, DM, EWM, MM, SD).
• Create integrated planning architectures in S/4HANA environments.
• Collaborate with clients to model forward-thinking production and supply chain processes.
• Play a key role in developing our global End-to-End Planning Templates.
• Lead complex implementation and transformation projects (Greenfield & Brownfield).
• Contribute to presales activities including workshops and solution design.
• Expand the Syntax Digital Supply Chain portfolio in Planning & Scheduling.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in consulting and implementing SAP planning solutions (PP, PP/DS, ideally IBP).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, and planning processes (MRP, production supply, detailed planning, master data).
• Knowledge in related SAP modules like MM, SD, EWM, DM is desirable.
• Experience with S/4HANA embedded PP/DS.
• Proven leadership abilities and project management experience.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for innovative supply chain solutions.
• Technical understanding of SAP Fiori, SAP Best Practices, and modern planning architectures.
• Fluency in German and English.
