Job Responsibilities
- Organize and conduct regional hands-on training courses in clinics for surgeons and OR staff, including handling training of TachoSil® and other portfolio products.
- Initiate, program development, coordination with partners and clinics.
- Execute setup/breakdown, participant care, product presentations, including benefits and application advice.
- Organize hands-on training courses at congresses and surgical training centers.
- Annual planning of the DACH-wide Surgical Education Program, including scheduling, budgeting, flyer creation, and contract coordination.
- Regular reporting, including course and participant analysis.
- Develop and implement new strategies/course modules.
- Build a network and maintain contact with key opinion leaders in surgical education and training.
- Serve as an interface for feedback and information flow between sales and marketing.
- Participate in training events and self-education in surgical training, compliance, and corporate policies.
Job Requirements
- Expertise required under Section 75, Para. 2, Medicinal Products Act.
- Desired experience as a Key Account Manager or trainer in surgery/clinical business.
- Proficiency in surgery, operations, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a hands-on mentality.
- Enjoyment in knowledge dissemination and continuous self-development.
- High team spirit and enjoyment of teamwork.
- Confident, self-assured, and proactive demeanor.
- Willingness to travel frequently and stay overnight.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
