Responsibilities

• Client Support: Deliver 2nd and 3rd level support and optimizations through change requests for existing clients.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve issues swiftly, ensuring uninterrupted customer application functioning.
• Error Analysis: Collaborate with the team to analyze recurring errors and find solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project consultants and development staff to cultivate innovative solutions.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain and expand existing client relationships.
• On-call Duties: Provide rapid issue resolution outside of office hours to ensure smooth operations for our clients.

Requirements

• Understanding of logistics processes within manual or automated warehouses.
• Initial experience in managing a warehouse control system (e.g., as a key user, control room operator, or in internal/external support).
• Proficiency in querying relational databases like Oracle, SQL, or MySQL.
• Preferably familiar with object-oriented programming languages (e.g., Java or C#) for source code analysis and developing bug fixes.
• Strong analytical skills, open communication style, and a desire to work in teams.
• Solution-oriented and client-focused mindset.
• Fluent German and English language skills complete your profile.
