Join SFC Energy AG as a Supplier Quality Assurance Specialist and contribute to our sustainable energy mission. This role is initially limited to 12 months, with the possibility of extension.

About The Role

At our Brunnthal location, you'll ensure the quality and reliability of our supply chain, working across multiple departments to oversee supplier quality processes and support our vision of delivering top-tier energy solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in preparing for series production, managing continuous improvement processes with suppliers, and facilitating product and process approvals.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier quality assurance processes, including supplier selection, qualification, and defect management.
• Collaborate with development, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure quality standards within the supply chain.
• Support series production launches and manage continuous improvement processes with suppliers.
• Evaluate existing suppliers through performance assessments and monitor improvement implementation.
• Oversee quality management of our fuel cell systems and integrated energy solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical engineering, energy technology, or related field.
• Relevant experience in quality assurance or supplier management.
• Knowledge of quality tools such as APQP, EMPB, FMEA.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and a valid driving license.
