Job Summary

Join FERRING GmbH in Kiel as a Student in Quality Control & SAP Data Management, supporting our team in both the laboratory and data management. This is a part-time position, 15-20 hours per week, through September 30, 2026.

FERRING GmbH is the German production company of the international and rapidly expanding FERRING Group, headquartered in Saint-Prex, Switzerland. We specialize in the production of sterile pharmaceuticals in areas such as reproductive medicine, endocrinology, urology, pediatrics, and gastroenterology, with a focus on peptide hormones.

Responsibilities

• Conduct chemical and physical analyses, monitor laboratory routines, document results in the LIMS system, and assist in calibration and maintenance of lab processes.
• Handle SAP-related tasks: extract, consolidate, and prepare data from various sources in Excel templates for SAP; support Master Data management.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a natural science degree (e.g., pharmacy, chemistry).
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data cleaning).
• Self-motivated with a structured approach, interest in digital processes, and good communication skills.
• Ideally, experience with SAP or database structures.
• Fluency in both German and English.
