Job Summary

TÜV NORD Mobility GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a proactive Student Assistant in Process Management located in Essen or Hannover. This role offers flexible schedules and the possibility to work from home, emphasizing a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Process Documentation: Assist colleagues with capturing and documenting processes through BPMN modeling.
• Project Cooperation: Contribute to exciting projects aimed at optimizing and scaling processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Process Consulting: Support team in advising departments on process-related matters by bringing in fresh ideas.
• Standardization: Ensure adherence to BPMN 2.0 standards within the process management team.
• Workshop and Meeting Management: Prepare and follow up on workshops and meetings; assist in creating decision templates and presentations.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in business, IT, industrial engineering, or a similar commercial/technical field.
• Initial experience through internships in process management, business consulting, or project management is advantageous.
• Familiarity with process modeling tools is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills with an independent working style.
• Strong interest in improving and optimizing technologies and processes.
