About the Role

Utilize new market dynamics created by e-prescriptions to identify, develop, and upscale cooperative business models with manufacturers strategically.

Tasks

• Lead negotiations with RX manufacturers including generics and parallel import segments.
• Develop and manage long-term supplier relationships in the German market.
• Drive market and portfolio developments and moderate annual and conditions discussions.
• Oversee the entire value chain from supplier to end-customer and supply perspectives.
• Implement structured negotiation and cooperation frameworks to standardize supplier collaboration.
• Manage contracts, purchasing conditions, and trade agreements within regulatory boundaries.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for multi-year RX procurement and partnership strategies.

Requirements

• Degree in business-related field or equivalent commercial training.
• Several years of strategic purchasing experience, ideally in pharmaceuticals, FMCG, healthcare, or OTC.
• Ability to adapt purchasing strategies to regulated market environments.
• Proven negotiation experience and contract management skills.
• Strong analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making.
