Responsibilities
- Monitor and inspect complex technical systems, particularly in the electrical sector.
- Identify necessary repairs and modernizations and initiate appropriate measures.
- Ensure quality control of maintenance, inspection, and repair services conducted by third-party companies.
- Optimize operating settings for sustainable and energy-efficient operations.
- Provide technical assistance to internal and external stakeholders and oversee the acquisition of new systems.
- Maintain technical system data in operational programs.
Requirements
- State-certified technician (m/f/d) in electrical engineering or master craftsman (m/f/d) in the same.
- Several years of professional experience in the above fields, with expertise in operating and maintaining building systems.
- IT skills, particularly with MS Office; ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
- Team-oriented, open-minded, and proactive in leveraging personal strengths.
- Driver's license class B, with willingness for business travel and on-call duty.
Additional Skills Desired
- Experience with our CAFM system pit FM.
What We Offer
- Temporary full-time position (38.7 hours per week), potentially part-time compatible.
- Location: Schleswig with remote working options.
- Salary according to TV-L up to E 9a (dependent on personal qualification).
