Your Role

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and inspect complex technical systems, particularly in the electrical sector.
  • Identify necessary repairs and modernizations and initiate appropriate measures.
  • Ensure quality control of maintenance, inspection, and repair services conducted by third-party companies.
  • Optimize operating settings for sustainable and energy-efficient operations.
  • Provide technical assistance to internal and external stakeholders and oversee the acquisition of new systems.
  • Maintain technical system data in operational programs.

Requirements

  • State-certified technician (m/f/d) in electrical engineering or master craftsman (m/f/d) in the same.
  • Several years of professional experience in the above fields, with expertise in operating and maintaining building systems.
  • IT skills, particularly with MS Office; ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
  • Team-oriented, open-minded, and proactive in leveraging personal strengths.
  • Driver's license class B, with willingness for business travel and on-call duty.

Additional Skills Desired

  • Experience with our CAFM system pit FM.

  • Temporary full-time position (38.7 hours per week), potentially part-time compatible.
  • Location: Schleswig with remote working options.
  • Salary according to TV-L up to E 9a (dependent on personal qualification).
