Position Overview

Location: Dortmund | Full-time/Part-time | Permanent | Remote work up to 40%

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and assess trends impacting AOK NordWest to propose strategic responses.
• Drive innovation, challenge current practices, and assist departments in business field development and product implementation.
• Create frameworks for innovation, foster an ideation culture, and promote knowledge transfer.
• Build networks with technology leaders, identify collaboration opportunities, and leverage them for company benefit.
• Evaluate new technologies, start-ups, and competitor activities for potential benefits.
• Coordinate the innovation process by applying contemporary methodologies and manage workshops and prototype development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Innovation or Change Management or equivalent.
• Proficient in agile methodologies, such as Design Thinking and Scrum.
• Keen interest in new technologies and disruptive business models.
• Experience in the health or nursing insurance sector is an advantage.
• Excellent German communication skills (C1 level).
