As a software and consulting firm, Inway Systems provides industry-specific ERP and CRM solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics. We not only implement ERP and CRM systems but also optimize business processes and deliver integrated add-ons, modules, and industry solutions.

Our experienced team of over 110 employees is located in Neu-Ulm, Cologne, Chemnitz, Berlin, Hamburg, and Kiel, and stays close to our customers!

Tasks

• Conceptualize and design end-to-end solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Analyze business processes and derive technical requirements.
• Create architecture and integration concepts for complex ERP landscapes.
• Manage and support implementation projects in close collaboration with departments and development teams.
• Advise on best practices, scalability, and performance optimization.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in the architecture and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with solid knowledge in ERP processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Production).
• Experience with integrations to third-party systems (e.g., Power Platform, Azure Services).
• Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
• Fluent in German and good English skills.
