We are seeking a motivated individual to join our support department as Software Support Specialist (m/f/d) for Laboratory Software.

Your Responsibilities

• Install and customize our software solutions for medical laboratories.
• Provide first and second-level support via phone and remote maintenance, occasionally on-site.
• Diagnose issues and develop pragmatic solutions swiftly and with a customer focus.
• Collaborate with our development team for complex cases.
• Create user-friendly documentation and conduct user training.
• Contribute to the evolution of our support processes and engage in projects concerning system migrations and software optimizations.

Your Profile

• Degree in IT/Computer Science or related field, or equivalent education as an IT specialist for system integration.
• Initial experience in support, technical service, or user help desk is ideal.
• Proficiency with Windows (Server and Clients), scripting languages, and SQL databases.
• Fluent German communication skills (minimum C1 level).
• Ability to work independently with a quick grasp and solution-oriented approach.
