We are seeking experienced software development professionals to support a high-priority data collection initiative in collaboration with leading AI research labs. This role focuses on capturing real-world development and programming workflows to help AI systems understand complex software interfaces and technical processes. Your contributions will directly support the training and evaluation of next-generation AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Record development and programming workflows with precise narration of each step.
• Annotate screenshots with accurate bounding boxes around key UI elements.
• Configure UI states per staging instructions before recording.
• Use custom tools to ensure consistent and accurate workflow capture.
• Maintain high data quality and usability standards for AI research and model training.

Requirements

• Proficient with professional development tools like Visual Studio Code, Android Studio, and VMware.
• Detail-oriented and capable of following precise technical instructions.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English, with access to a physical Mac for task completion.
