Job Description

In this role, you will focus on developing technical solutions using ServiceNow to meet business requirements. You will share your expertise in ServiceNow best practices with our internal community and act as an advisor. By collaborating with our teams, you will design and implement tailored ServiceNow solutions for our clients, identify automation and optimization opportunities, and implement these on the ServiceNow platform.

Tasks

• Develop technical solutions that align with business needs using ServiceNow.
• Share ServiceNow best practices and standards with the community and offer consultancy advice.
• Implement and conceptualize suitable ServiceNow solutions for clients with the teams.
• Identify and execute process automation and optimization within ServiceNow.
• Guide clients through the development and implementation of ServiceNow digital strategies.
• Consistently create and deliver customized technical solutions optimized for the ServiceNow platform.
• Work closely with market sectors and our near and offshore development centers.
• Exhibit flexibility in consulting assignments, working from offices, client sites, and home across Germany.

Requirements

• A degree in (business) informatics, mathematics, or related fields, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Several years of practical project experience in the ServiceNow domain, particularly in client consulting and support.
• At least 4 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and some experience in managing complex transformation projects.
• Enjoy integrating technological understanding with strategic analysis and practical implementation.
• Reliability, proactivity, team spirit, and suitability for a leading global consulting firm.
• Excellent presentation and moderation skills, along with strong MS-Office proficiency.
• Proficiency in German and English (minimum C1 level).
