Your Role

• Drive the automation and digitalization strategy for I/O library development.
• Own and prioritize the technical backlog in Agile setups, ensuring alignment with release and business objectives.
• Define and evolve automation architecture for scalable, robust, and maintainable solutions.
• Translate cross-functional requirements into technical concepts and implementation plans.
• Integrate new tools and methodologies into complex IC design system environments.
• Ensure high standards of software quality through testing, CI/CD, and documentation.
• Proactively identify and implement improvement opportunities across domains.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor design automation.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Perl, and Tcl.
• Solid understanding of semiconductor technology and analog circuit development.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with leadership potential.
