Responsibilities

• Lead client accounts and manage budgets effectively.
• Conceptualize, execute, and monitor Search Engine Advertising (SEA) campaigns.
• Develop suitable SEA campaign structures and manage keywords, ad text, and reporting.
• Continuously optimize campaigns to meet client objectives.
• Advise on campaign enhancements to increase revenue and ROI.
• Create and present campaign analyses and strategic recommendations.
• Develop innovative campaign concepts and contribute to team growth.
• Train and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in SEA or performance marketing.
• Comfort with numbers and strong technical understanding of online tools.
• Proficient with analytical and bid management tools.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and MS Office.
• Ability to manage high-quality standards and maintain humor under pressure.
