The Role - Plan, implement, and control innovative IT projects for modern hospital information systems (KIS). - Lead project teams, partners, and third-party vendors, coordinating tasks and resources. - Prepare steering committees, manage risks, create management reports and decision templates. - Ensure smooth communication and professional handling of escalations, as well as strategic client development through C-level management. - Oversee and manage financial aspects of projects, including budgeting and effective controlling. What You'll Need - Several years of experience with complex digitalization projects in a clinical environment. - Expertise in clinical processes and IPMA certification are a plus. - Completed degree in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Health Management) or comparable qualification. - Analytical, independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach. - Strong communication skills and confident demeanor, especially with C-level clients. - Willingness to travel and very good communication skills in German.
