About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Developer (m/f/d) to join our product development team in Übach-Palenberg, Germany (Job-ID: 18330).

Your Responsibilities

• Develop innovative and efficient formulations with a focus on technology, and optimize existing processes.
• Oversee test and initial productions in our plants, providing professional instructions to production teams.
• Create high-quality prototypes for client presentations and conduct professional sensory tests and tastings.
• Lead complex sub-projects and actively engage in change processes such as OPEX within the company.
• Define quality standards for our products and support specifications management.
• Work closely with procurement in supplier selection and audits, and create market overviews for trend identification.
• Ensure compliance with all hygiene and quality standards such as IFS and HACCP within your area of responsibility.

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training in the food sector with advanced application-technical knowledge.
• Several years of experience in product development and substantial experience in project management.
• A hands-on mentality combined with initiative, motivation, and a willingness to learn.
• Extensive IT skills in MS Office, ideally Google Workspace, and SAP for independent work and guidance of others.
• Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills with a confident demeanor.
• Fluency in German and English for collaboration at all levels.
• Reliability, teamwork skills, and flexibility for travel to customers and suppliers.
