Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Development: Shape VERBI's future by devising strategies based on thorough analysis.
• Financial Analysis: Identify growth opportunities through in-depth revenue and financial analyses.
• Subscription Expertise: Become an expert on subscription metrics, spotting trends and opportunities.
• Profitability Analysis: Uncover potential upselling opportunities and contribute to sales strategies.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure excellent implementation of initiatives with ongoing monitoring and adjustments.
• Reporting & KPIs: Create impactful reports and KPIs to inform management decisions.

Your Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration or related, with a focus on finance.
• Experience in business operations, sales operations, or relevant fields.
• Ability to analyze corporate figures and communicate them effectively.
• Outstanding communication skills in both English and German.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
