About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to shape Kraken’s discoverability strategy across AI systems such as voice assistants, knowledge panels, and semantic search environments. This role is key to aligning data and content with modern AI discovery principles.

Your Responsibilities

• Define and lead Kraken's AEO strategy, focusing on AI search, voice systems, and data ecosystems.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to maintain a robust AEO-first technical infrastructure.
• Guide content architecture for AI retrieval, ensuring citation-friendly and verifiable content aligns with AI systems.
• Ensure Kraken's data and messaging are authoritative and discoverable within AI ecosystems.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years in search, AI-driven discovery ecosystems, or technical growth roles.
• Strong expertise in AEO, Entity SEO, and Semantic Search.
• Experience with structured data, APIs, and knowledge graph curation.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong interest in crypto and Web3.
