Detailed Job Description

As a Senior Manager of Global Business Partnerships and Alliances, you will build and manage high-impact alliances, enable joint go-to-market initiatives, and foster innovation and market expansion. You’ll be based in Germany but can work from the UK, Italy, Poland, or Slovakia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global partnerships strategy aligned with ESET's business goals.
• Drive partnerships with ISVs, cloud vendors, system integrators, and more to advance ESET's ecosystem.
• Evaluate potential partners to enhance market reach and solution synergy.
• Negotiate and establish partnership agreements and contracts.
• Maintain and analyze performance metrics and provide reports to senior management.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing partnerships.
• Represent ESET at industry events, enhancing brand visibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or IT.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience, especially in cybersecurity.
• Proficient in English (C1 level).
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
