About the Role

Our Store Solutions team develops central IT solutions for FUX, the point-of-sale and store environment of the DHL Group, supporting business-critical processes. We seek an experienced IT Solutions Consultant with significant technical expertise, agile methodology adoption, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on the development of FUX and other Store-Solutions applications, from process analysis to implementation.
• Coordinate requirements and solutions between business, development, operations, support, and international delivery teams.
• Translate retail and POS system requirements into sustainable IT solutions for FUX and related applications.
• Design concepts and processes adhering to standards for new projects and products.
• Optimize existing solutions considering the latest technological advancements.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in IT consulting.
• A strong IT affinity and interest in coaching.
• Experience working with international teams.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both internally and externally.
• Strong customer orientation and enthusiasm for technical innovations.
• Proactive personality with strong problem-solving skills and leadership ability.
• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar fields.
• Passion for tackling complex digital challenges with innovative solutions.
• Knowledge in DevOps and agile delivery methods in software development.
• Quick learning ability, analytical thinking, and fluency in German and English.
