We're on the lookout for a passionate (Senior) Google Workspace Consultant (m/f/d) to join our team full-time, whether remotely or through a hybrid model.

What You'll Do

• Strategic Consulting: Counsel our clients on all aspects of Google Workspace, from planning and architecture development to optimization, fostering strong partnerships and understanding client needs deeply.
• Change & Adoption Management: Drive successful transformations by crafting tailored change-management concepts that enhance user enthusiasm and productivity with Google Workspace.
• AI Passion: Exhibit a keen interest and understanding of generative AI, particularly Google Gemini, to innovate digital workplace solutions.
• Training Expertise: Design and deliver IT training sessions to engage users and IT teams, simplifying complex concepts.
• Architectural Design: Devise scalable Google Workspace architectures aligned to client needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Your Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a consultant or similar position with expertise in Google Workspace or M365 and cloud collaboration solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Workspace apps and Gemini, with a proven ability to manage change and adoption in IT projects.
• Solid IT architecture and infrastructure understanding, although not necessarily implementation-focused.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills, with fluency in both German and English.
• Google certifications, such as Google Workspace Administrator, are a plus.
