Your Role

• Design scalable data architectures and pipelines to enable modern AI and analytics solutions.
• Develop and operationalize innovative ML and Generative AI approaches, including RAG systems, to add real business value.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to translate complex requirements into future-proof technical solutions.
• Ensure high data quality, clear governance, and optimal performance across systems.
• Strengthen the engineering team with best practices, knowledge transfer, and technical guidelines, contributing your expertise to proposal development.

Your Profile

• Extensive experience in data engineering, AI engineering, or cloud-based data solutions with relevant academic qualifications.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL/NoSQL, big data technologies, and graph databases such as Neo4j or AWS Neptune.
• Strong practice in AWS, Azure or GCP, and competence with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
• Familiarity with data science and generative AI frameworks and modern MLOps environments (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Fluent in both German and English, excel in innovative, collaborative environments, enabling excellent stakeholder management across various levels.
