Responsibilities
- Implement backend components using Java/JEE and Spring Boot, including potential migrations from Java EE.
- Develop and maintain robust REST web services with well-documented interfaces.
- Engage in fullstack development, leveraging your skills in JavaScript/TypeScript for comprehensive solutions.
- Perform unit and integration tests, ensuring software quality utilizing JUnit and other tools.
- Integrate CI/CD tools such as Jenkins to streamline build, test, and deployment processes.
- Support containerization with Docker and application management.
Requirements
- Around 10 years of solid experience in Java/JEE, Spring Boot, and REST web services.
- Basic knowledge in JavaScript/TypeScript and a comfort within fullstack environments.
- Experience with CI/CD processes and relational databases like Oracle or Postgres is preferred.
- Familiarity with JBoss application server and testing with JUnit; Mockito and TDD are advantageous.
- Optional experience with Camunda/BPMN.
- Proficient in German (C1 level) and conversational English skills.
