Job Description

As a Senior Finance Associate in our Corporate FP&A team, you will review, reconcile, and report on transactional data to ensure accuracy. Your work will directly impact the financial health and scalability of a global gig-economy platform operating in AI-enabled services.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Review and reconcile daily transactions to identify discrepancies in payment processing.
• Validate vendor payouts against delivery metrics and contractual terms bi-weekly.
• Generate and distribute financial reports summarizing revenue and disbursements.
• Collaborate with operations and data teams to resolve reconciliation issues.
• Maintain audit trails of financial adjustments for compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; 2+ years of experience in financial operations.
• Experience with payment reconciliation in high-volume environments.
