Join Our Team as a Senior Enterprise Architect

We are looking for a passionate Senior Enterprise Architect (m/f/d) to guide our clients through critical architectural decisions, focusing on the seamless integration of strategy and technology across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid infrastructures.

About the Position

This role is part of our Core Insurance team and is available in Frankfurt, Hamburg, Cologne, or remotely. It is a permanent, full-time or part-time position starting immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate technical and business requirements into precise target architectures.
• Evaluate complex scenarios, develop concepts, and create decision templates for architectural matters.
• Connect business and technology serving as a partner to all disciplines involved.
• Oversee the project lifecycle ensuring consistent implementation of architectural and technical guidelines.
• Take responsibility for company-wide Enterprise Architecture and create implementation roadmaps.
• Improve existing architectures continuously using innovative products and solutions.
• Communicate complex topics clearly to various stakeholders.
• Work interdisciplinary and cross-functionally to develop sustainable solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable STEM field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as an Enterprise or Solution Architect.
• Comprehensive knowledge in IT architecture or software development, including web technologies.
• Strong expertise in integration patterns and technologies.
• Excellent conceptual skills, structured thinking, and high-quality standards.
• Fluency in German and English, with strong skills in stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel for projects across Germany.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Enterprise Architecture tools such as Sparx, LeanIX, or Alfabet.
• Proven experience with agile methods and cross-functional teams.
• Strategic implementation and requirements management expertise.
